The relief I get from these is amazing. Just wish it came with more per pack but other than that, they have saved me from the pain of the first few weeks of nursing

Love these for sore nipples

Absolutely a must have for anyone breastfeeding or exclusively pumping. At one time or another you will end up sore and these are just the right amount of cooling.
