Cooling effect works right away

Cooling effect works right away to calm soreness. Works better than a different brand I tried. Great for those cluster feeding times during growth spurts! I only needed one pad and it worked right away so I was able to save the other pads and still have them for the next time I need them. Great product, you won't be disappointed!
