I bought this a week ago and it’s defective. The water sits in the filter an no coffee is actually brewed. I have played with the coarseness of the grind, the amount of water, reviewed the manual and nothing. Do not buy!

Damaged
Macys sent damaged coffee maker. The outer box was from Macys the box it came in looked looked like an original return it was already opened and taped over. The hot plate was damaged and cracked. Also, it was not inspected coffee pot had one piece of tissue paper . I cannot believe Macys did not inspect before sending out . No instructions no receipt. Will return and will not purchase another one. Really surprised at Macys sending out a damaged product. I would have never given a one star as well

Very disappointed - will return. Hot plate is damaged and cracked looks like this coffee maker was originally sent back the box looked pretty beat up as well.
Willow coffee maker
I do love the pot. I do not like the fact it doesn't stay hot. It shuts off after 40 minutes and you keep having to cut it back on. Also the hot plate is not well made. Mine is peeling and I do not like that.

Disappointed
I bought this online twice. The first one sent to me had already been opened and returned. I returned it and reordered. I received the second one and programmed it per the instructions, but it shuts off automatically in half hour. Thinking I had done it wrong I reprogrammed it again and it’s still shutting off. I have to constantly turn it back on to reheat the coffee. Absolute garbage.
