Do not buy

This is adorable and it’s small. It’s great size for an apartment but it’s horribly designed you’ve seen the picture that lip in the front of the tray. There is no need for that lip. Oh my gosh, you pull out a bagel and it’ll fall onto your counter, however you need the lip in the back because things slide out of the back even when the tray is fully back and then you cannot get them. I might have to throw this thing out because I can’t get the bagel out of the back. There’s no way to get things out. There’s no part you can unscrew so it also becomes a real fire risk. It is absolutely ridiculous. How poor this is designed. It also takes forever to toast anything. Keep away.

Macy Not supposed to carry it.

Bad quality, broken after using twice within a month. Piece of junk , Macy is not supposed to carry such a product. It ruined Macy's reputation.
