Cute but packaging a problem.

It's a cute idea, but the packaging was either opened previously or subpar. I bought this item for a teenager, and I'm curious if it was the store or the product that created the problem with the packaging, but if the design had been better, it would not have been a problem. While they were thrilled with the product, I was unhappy that the packaging wasn't secure or neat.
