Sharing plates?

Ordered 2 of these sharing plates before thanksgiving, received them the day before Christmas Eve but instead there were 2 blueish salad dishes not the dishes I ordered. Looking back at the reviews I noticed someone else had the same problem, maybe they sent me that person’s returns since they’re the same plates!

Poor customer service

I ordered 4 of these "Plates of Sharing" for Christmas gifts. What I did I get? Delayed shipping and a box with plain blue plates (salad-size) inside. They sent the wrong plates and now they are out of stock. Very poor customer service! I would have addressed this directly with Customer Service but was on hold for over an hour despite being told it was an 11 minute wait.
