Ordered two but one arrived broken

This is a well made mug, unfortunately I ordered two (as gifts) and one arrived broken. And while the mugs were packaged in the original 'mug' box from the manufacturer, No extra padded was provided inside the Macy's box. A layer or two of bubble wrap may have prevented this. I now plan to return the mug to the store; and I"m reordering one to be shipped to the store, so I can open/inspect it there, rather than having it shipped to my home, Disappointed that I have to make extra trips to the store. I am also now concerned about a 'Sharing plate' that I also ordered, arriving in a separate shipment. Please do better when shipping glass/fragile items. Thank you.

Cute looking cup, but . . . . .

The cup looks great and thats where it ends. The cup is not sturdy and it is not microwave safe, very disappointed 😑. I doubt if it will be used. The second cup is chipped.
