Broken Christmas tree mug

It was packaged loose and when I opened it I heard it rattle. So disappointed. It sat in the box crooked. I feel I was sent a broken one. I am not returning.., Not worth the trouble. So sad.,Better quality control.,

Love It!!

I absolutely love this mug. The only problem is I bought this as a Christmas gift but I like it so much that I am gifting this to myself. Now, I have to purchase another mug for that person. Oh, well! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Disappointed

Arrived broken. Packaging was ridiculous and almost non existent. Little care shown. Returning and exchange with Macy's has been awful so no Christmas present for that person. Smh. Macy's do better. Service is going down.
