Runs very small

I ordered a size 16 for my daughter and the dress is VERY small. It fits more as a shirt then a dress. The picture that is online is very misleading.

Sequins fall off

Well, these dresses look more like tops. So short. And, the sequins are falling off. I purchased them for two little girls to wear at our wedding celebration, but, I don't think they will work out, now. Back to the drawing board.
