1X is a size 22 24 !!!

I was thinking 1X would be 16-18, not 22-24. I wanted to wear this with leggings. It was pretty inexpensive on sale, so I will keep it. The fabric isn't great. The neck doesn't stand up straight and is slightly stretched, maybe because it is for a larger size. It reeked when I took it out of the bag—smelled like wood glue.
