Clutch is fine, Service was poor

I got home to realize there was one crystal missing off the front of the clutch. I went back the next day to the same Macy's employee to exchange it, and she said I couldn't exchange -- I had to return it & buy a new one for whatever reason. She then tried to charge me an extra $30 (blaming the computer system and claiming the item was no longer on sale). She finally "figured out" how to charge me the same price, but didn't refund the tax from the day before, so I ended up having to pay an additional $4.74 for that one crystal and the trouble of returning to the store in the first place. Not thrilled with the process at all, especially since I had the receipt. This should have been seamless, and instead, I felt swindled -- The product was faulty to begin with, I took the trouble to come all the way back, and was asked twice to pay extra. Not to mention, the security tag was somehow left on the clutch -- didn't set off the alarm when we left and now my husband as to figure out how to wire-clip it off.
