Its okay!

The flaps on top give the coat a boxy and strange shape. The color is beautiful.

I love the coat, the style is great can use for dressy or casual. The fabric is not to thick so is perfect for the warmer winter days of Brisbane.

I am in love with this coat. I have been eyeing off a Belle and Bloom coat for a few years but was always concerned with the online aspect. So glad I finally made the purchase. It is cozy and comfortable and matches my work outfits as well as casual ones perfectly.

Hassel to return

Material does not look nice in person. Returned to Macy's store and they told me I would get a refund in 5 days, that they needed to ship to vendor. Two weeks later no refund, tracking status says label created, not even shipped yet. Called the store and no one answered the phone. Now I need to make another trip to the store ở I could talk to some about getting my refund.
