My order was lost and never replaced. The worst part is i called and emailed repeatedly. No one bothered to help me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! MUST READ!! A MARKETPLACE ITEM!!

These shoes are heavy as well as very cheap looking. That's not the issue the issue is when I decided to urn them, I was told the shoes were marketplace items. I wasn't aware that Macy's sold 3rd party items that they won't refund their own customer. Macy's has to ship it back to the seller on your behalf, meanwhile you have to hope you're refunded in a timely fashion or at all. Macy's handed me a receipt with a tracking number. I was unaware of this at the time of buying! I copied and pasted their shipping and return policy that is not visible unless you click on it. This item qualifies for Free Shipping with minimum purchase! exclusions & details Orders will not ship in Macy’s packaging. Returns must be mailed back to seller within 30 days of purchase. Extremely Narrow

I usually wear an 8, I bought a 9 thinking they could run narrow. I couldn’t get my feet in them!!! And they hurt so badly! These run extremely small
