Not happy, unflattering coat

I bought the Heavey Hearted coat on line about 2 weeks ago. When I received it was not what I expected from the site photo. The coat has an unflattering hem line that I didn’t like which is not clear on the photo It also lacks structure and form as it is unlined and runs larger than normal in sizing . The fabric is heavy, falls loose on the body making and looks like you’re wearing a floppy, heavy blanket. The coat is unflattering and overwhelming to someone with a slim figure because of all of the above factors. I returned the coat and got a refund.

Lovely coat and cut - the material was a little thinner than I'd expected but the small is stilly roomy enough to layer a jumper underneath.

A little bigger on my usual size, but turned out perfect for me as I like it a little oversized.

Exactly what I wanted very happy with quality and fit

I absolutely love this coat. It‚s such good quality, thick and very warm. It feels lux and expensive and you can tell it will last forever. I love that the collar and hood detach for versatility.
