Comfortable heel not too high

I really like these boots I got snake print and want the black ones. Due to the fact it took 3 weeks for me to receive I donā€™t think I want to take the chance. And the packaging looked used I have ordered many shoes with perfect boxes so it was not the shipping just did not pack with care
