Poorly made

Came with a glue smell. It was sticking to the packaging. Looks like it’s a plastic headband that they did a DYI project on. I’m so dissatisfied because I wanted to love it. I loved the colors. I can’t believe Macys agrees to cell that. I still have it on hand but I do plan on retuning. It was sticking on my hand. Just not great!! Do not buy.
