Received the wrong boots in the mail. Went back to order them and now they’re out of stock. Was told that the shipper would reach out to me within 5 days and never heard a word.

gorgeous boot shipping very poor

The boots are absolutely beautiful and exactly how pictured. Very happy with my purchase. The only negative comment I have is with how long they took to arrive. I purchased them on November 11th and didn’t get them until today December 4th! They arrived in a beat up box covered with dust. The boots themselves were fine except whatever dust was on the box looked like a few fingerprints inside the boots. I was just surprised to see them arrive from Macy’s in this condition however it was a third party seller…still no excuse to be so late and arrive in this manner.

loved them super cute

I bought they where on a flash sale . I love boots . i received them I was excited. The styling was super cute with the two zippers side they also has a buckle. I workout I so I was concerned about the fit on my calf’s they fit perfectly. The heel wasn’t to big nice for pants or a skirt . They are a little shift . They hit a little above my Knee I want to order the brown pair Ty for reading this have a great shoe Day .

Do not order

Waited a week order still i process macys wont cancel the order they want me to call some else as they state it is a third party WHY AM DOING THEIR JOB? Very unhappy and am thinking of canceling my macys car
