Disappointed

I really wanted these shoes to work. They are cute. I liked the cute bow. I liked that they are a good brand. I tried my regular size 8.5 and they were a little big. and the heel area of this shoe came up too high in the back. But I thought maybe if I got a size down they’d work. The size 8 fit. However, the back heel of this shoe still hits too on the back of my foot. Definitely would give me horrible blisters. Very hard and scratchy. I have to return.
