Gorgeous Dress made for Juniors and Too Small

This dress was made 2 sizes TOO SMALL. If it were made correctly, I would have kept it - 2 stars for the cute + unique design and the cool fabric. It's funny that Macy's recommended I buy a Small but I thought no way...The Medium I received fit like an XS.
