Not what I was expecting!

Idk, how to begin!! The chain looks exactly like the picture but SUPER cheap in person. Maybe I was expecting a hardshell purse but it has a softshell. Haven't decided if I'm going to keep it or not yet. I bought it just to have a dark brown mini purse but I'm not sure if this is it.
