Poor strap design

Really cute shoe. However, very disappointed that I could not fasten the strap. I will return these.

Strapless

The way the shoe fastened is something that I on a shoe that I ordered from Temu for a lot less money. I am not comfortable with the strap; when I am walking I would for my shoe to be secure on my feet. I will be returning. A huge NO for me. I do not recommend this shoe,

Buckle is wrong

The buckle is not attached and slides right off when you try them on. It’s quite an ordeal to get them buckled when you are sitting down. Ankle strap is either too tight or too loose. No happy medium. Will be returning these.

Horrible!

The gold little buckle on the strap is detachable! so when you go to put your shoes on, it slides all over the place! I never saw a shoe like this? It is like this on both sides. I never even got a chance to try them on. It's a NO for me! I will be returning ASAP!.
