Pretty but

Received them today and it seems somebody try them. One was more stretch than the other and the heel feel heavy. Also, t was not properly package either😕

Not through Macys

The shoes are good quality, but the heels are heavy. It may work for some, but it didn't for me. I missed the return cutoff by 1 day and found out the hard way that it's through a distributor called 3S Holding. Wouldn't accept return or credit, only an exchange for different size. This doesn't help since I can't wear the shoes regardless of the size. Seems ridiculous when they asked for pictures and you can clearly see it's never been worn. Be aware of where the items are coming from. If it's not Macys, but through a distributor, then I would read the return policy carefully.
