Bad customer service

We have purchased multiple items from Macys this holiday season. Some of these items needed to be returned. This process has been a nightmare! We do not have a local store, and we cannot seem to get macys to cooperate. My husband has called at least 3 times trying to get the return label that macys says we have to have. They say they will send it, but fail to do so. When we call Macys again, we are told the same thing, take the returns to your local store. I do not have a local store anywhere near me! I will never purchase from this store again. We have never had any issues with Dillard’s.
