disappointed..

I love Radley London bags and have never been disappointed until now. The picture seems to show longer smooth shearling but it's the short rough bumpy kind- more like sherpa. The "shearling" was coming off the front of the bag. The shoulder chain in the picture appears thick but it's really thin and looks cheap. Really wanted to love this bag but I returned it:(
