Defective Product

Don’t waste your time unless you plan to use them only once. The heel top covers fell off right away, and the seller expects you to test the product within 30 days — not when you actually need it for your event. They were not willing to help or replace even the heel cover tops, which are hard to find since they’re not round. Very disappointing for a product sold through Macy’s.

Never Received Item

I’m sure this is a beautiful shoe, however, I received the wrong item and immediately reached out to the seller. The communication from S3 holdings compels me to let others know this seller is not reliable. They never even offered to resend or replace the shoe. I’ve never had an issue receiving items from Macy’s. But it seems there are now marketplace items on Macys.com which are sent from various sellers. The return process is not worth the headache and communication from S3 Holdings wasn’t reliable at all. I’d recommend to buy these shoes elsewhere.

Nice Gold Touch!✨

I love the gold detailing it’s so unique! However it was hard to slip on the shoe it doesn’t come with a zipper! But nonetheless I love the unique design! I ordered two colors black and the nude!
