I was so looking forward to getting this slim tote but I have never received it. I don't know why but the item was return to Macy's without any explanation. I was so disappointed.

Received the wrong handbag.

I went to pick up my handbag at my local store. When I opened the package, I found out that Macy's sent me the wrong handbag in black color with a tag that says "Red". Not only that, there wasn't any dust bag inside. It looked like the handbag that I received was a return.

Nice tote

I'm giving this tote a 4 only because the leather could be a better quality. Everything else about it I love. The overall size is a little smaller than stated, however, that was more to my liking anyway. The inside has 1 zipped pocket, and 2 slip pockets; 1 larger than the other which actually fits my cell phone with a near 7" screen.

Spacious, large, secure

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it. Great large bag that is secure with the zipper across the top. Large enough for everything yet small enough for traveling.

Love this bag!

I decided I needed to downsize my handbag to a crossbody. This one is nice. It holds everything I really need. Love the red so I can use with almost everything I wear. It even comes with a short handle that I use when I’m dressier and do want a long handle.
