Extremely Disappointed With Quality

I was very excited to receive this Karl Lagerfeld dress, but I was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The dress was visibly dirty and had a noticeable rip, which is unacceptable for a brand at this price point. It was clear that the item had not been inspected before shipping. I expected much better quality control from both Karl Lagerfeld and Macy’s. I will return the dress and hope Macy’s addresses this issue so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Little girls dress

When you’re full figure gal, it’s hard to find your size. I am16W, ordered this in 16….. fit me like a 12 cheap fabric, runs SMALLLLL. You have to be a size 4 for this dress to look nice. Cheap fabric & quality. Going back.

The sress is so cute , however i opened the package and it has makeup stains on it torn material, and a hole in the dress. Pretty disappointing.
