Works as a clip. Disappointing color placement.

On the website, this item was very colorful and attractive. What I got was nowhere near as pretty or colorful. Colors random, not balanced, with a lot of pastel pieces and substantial additions of black and dark brown "chips" ... which added nothing. Way too expensive for such dreary, random color placement, it should be colorful. Disappointing
