Super cute Wisconsin Sweatshirt

I ordered this sweatshirt in a small being I'm between S and M size. (34 DD, waist 26-27 and #116). I thought it would be a more relaxed fit. But, no, it's a more fitted fit. It was a little snug. Returned. Looser fit size up.
