Macy's and China Orders

I am incredibly disappointed with Macy's. The purse I ordered for my nieces birthday was unable to be delivered on time so I cancelled it. I spoke to 3 agents on 3 different days to confirm that it was cancelled. I then sent my niece a different gift. SURPRISE! The purse was delivered 3 weeks late to my niece and was charged again to my credit card. I learned that many of Macy's items are now being shipped from China and other countries and they have no control over what the supplier does. I have been a Macy's customer since my childhood (a very long time ago!) and this experience which was riddled with a lack of customer service or appreciation or understanding has caused me to avoid Macy's in the future

Stunning!

The picture of this does it no justice. I squealed when I opened it. I am a fashion conscious mature women and when I showed it to my 25 year old daughter, she asked to borrow it (we don't agree on anything). I have an expensive dress and shoes, and, quite frankly, I believe that this bag will be the star. I bought it in black. Quality is great; cellphone fits inside!
