Beautiful but smaller than expected, making it difficult for me to snap closed behind my ear or to open and remove. Unfortunately, I will need to return.

I ordered this otem from May 18th and I'm yet to receive it
EARRINGS
So I bought earrings like this from another company online. They were nice, but really small. Then I got a message from Macy's saying they had them in the store. I figured I could go there and see what size they were. I travel to Macy's, and they don't have them. The salesperson looks them up and says I could order them online. So I do, with her help, right at the register. BUT I have to pay more than $10 in shipping. I get the earrings in the mail. They are the exact size of the ones I already have! I go back to Macy's, to the same people I spoke with before, who told me they would refund the $10 shipping fee, except now they won't! This is just not fair! Something is wrong. They did let me exchange the new ones for an entirely different pair, which were a dollar more, and they didn't charge me the difference, but still! Not good, Macy's!! Don't advertise on social media that you have something if you're not 100% sure.
Pretty but
These are very small, but that is alright for me. However, one earring was loose in the box because the catch is open too much so the earring doesn't close. They are so small, you can't really see the detail on them. The shiny plain side is much better. They are pretty but I am returning. Not worth the price I paid.

Defective
The bar that goes through your ear is attached incorrectly, which makes one earing backwards and the other is correct. They are very pretty, but I thought were larger in the picture. I will be returning them for credit as they are defective. Attach the bar correctly.

These are pretty; however, they are defective. one
These are pretty; however, they are defective. one earing faces the front, as should be, and the other one faces the back. I've never seen this before. The bar that goes through the ear is backward.

Beautiful and elegant
Very pretty and elegant. A little smaller than I expected which is great because I did not want too big. Very happy with purchase. Looks beautiful on.
