Buyer beware! Unhappy with product and service

These dresses do not come from Macys, but rather a 3rd party buyer. The dresses were very heavy and did not lay well. I returned immediately. It has been three weeks since the return was confirmed as being delivered to the seller. Despite this, these returns have not been processed. I am attempting to reach the seller, but have yet to get this resolved. I much prefer to be able to walk into Macys to return an item if it isn’t a match to the online image. Very unhappy

Beautiful dress

This is a nice dress for the cooler months. The material is a little thicker but not heavy. It lays nicely and accentuates your figure. I got the navy blue color and I love it. I would say the dress runs true to size. I’m 5’1 and 115 lbs and I got an xsmall. It fit perfectly. The length of the dress was also perfect.

It’s like carrying extra weight

This is the heaviest dress I’ve ever tried. Very uncomfortable.
