so disappointed

I purchased 2 of those (different colors) but they were so painful on the feet when I first tried them on. I was unable to return them during the one month window due to illness. I tried to contact seller and emailed them but they rejected my request to return. the 2 pairs are untouched with tags and packages sitting in my storage. I don't recommend these items and customer service is so bad

Useless seller

I've purchased the item 3 times from the seller and got canceled. If the seller doesn't have the item, there's no point offering it for sale. It's waste of my precious time!
