Arrived Broken in the Pack!

I received these earrings today after questioning Macy's customer service about their arrival. To my disappointment, they were broken in the packet, meaning that they look like they were packed broken! I wish I could include the picture I took, but the quality is that of an 8-year old learning to make jewelry. The shape is nice but the quality is not nice at all.
