trench coat cancellation

On September 17, 2025, I ordered a black trench coat. I have been looking for that coat to be delivered. I checked on the shipping status today only to learn it had been cancelled. Why? I was so disappointed.

It's ok

Feels cheap, not really what I thought it would feel and look like. The buttons are loose and is cheaply made. Not as fitted as I would like, if i ordered a size down it would be too tight. I will keep it and make some alterations. I'm 5'3' 135 lbs slim athletic build ordered a small

Very stiff material

Very stiff material, I understand thats its water resistant but I didn't like how stiff it just sits on me... it also runs large, and long. I'm 5'4 and it went down to my ankles.

Too long, too boxy but better than most

I am 5'6", 110lbs and ordered the XS, but it was too big and certainly WAY too long. It went to my ankles and looked sloppy. While it is tailored more than most trench coats on the market right now, it still had a boxy look deleting my waist and was completely unflattering on me. I think it would look great on a very curvy (and tall!) woman though!

Beautiful, my lifetime-favorite dressy raincoat!

Effortlessly flattering, comfortable, beautifully made, and no belt to lose! ("The Matrix" sleek/swirling look, without a bothersome belt catching on things or falling off, while doing heroic tasks, on a date, or just shopping.) I've been waiting years for a trench coat that doesn't need a belt and is tailored to flatter without bunching at the waist. I had to get the sleeves shortened, and I sprayed it with Scotchguard to improve rain resistance, totally worthwhile. It's my favorite dressy raincoat of all time! (Macy's sale didn't have my size, so I bought it full price from the seller. Get Macy's great sale price if you can...)
