Never got them. This has happened a few times , when it's not coming directly from macys it a big gamble.

Look good, but not very high quality

Overall the quality and look of this product is good. With my pair specifically there were some QA issues - one of the boots has glue smeared on the sole and part of the shoe and the inside lining was sloppy. The other boot was well made but creased above the ankle. For the price they look very good, especially after adding some leather conditioner, which hid the smeared glue somewhat. Can't speak to comfort or longevity as they are a present, but the platform makes it so that the elevation of the heel is less than 3 inches, which should help with comfort.

Poor Heel Quality

I ordered both colors for the purpose of having nice booties that I could wear to work regularly. The heel unfortunately has been bending since day one and I question the stability. I do a lot of working with my line of work and I always have the fear that the heel is going to break off and I will seriously hurt myself.
