horrible customer service. stuck with a $100 shoe

I ordered my size from Macy’s and they shipped larger size to me. I was out of the country when the shipment arrived, when i returned and figured out that the shoe is extremely large, I took it to Macys to exchange it with my size. Macys said that I have to email the manufacturer directly since it’s an online product. I reached out to them and By the time they emailed me back, it has passed the 30 days return policy which I understand but I wasn’t asking for a refund, I’m just asking to send me my right size for the shoe I ordered! They refused! Now I’m stuck with a $100 shoe that I cannot wear!! I sent them pictures that the shoe still in its original wrapping and still they refused to exchange it for my right size which in the beginning was their mistake to ship me the wrong one. VERY Disappointed! Clearly they don’t care about their image or customer satisfaction
