Terrible customer service

This was the worst experience ever!!!!! I ordered a 49ers shirt 2 weeks or two the Superbowl. I was sent a Kansas City shirt instead, not even a shirt from the same team. When I contacted customer service they said they were out of the size that I ordered. Instead of them contacting me they sent a completely different order, and to make matters worse it was from the opposing team.
