Return of merchandise
The item didn't fit me. I processed to return it on May 8. It was noted on the website that I could return until Aug. 20,2020. But then it changed to June 18,2020. I don't think that was fair for us since we are experiencing Covid-19. I think we should have more time to return due to Covid 19 restrictions. Besides, the extension to return should be honored.

The coat is very dressy, I am a full figure mature woman. I orders xxl it does fit but is a little tight. I order it in white but it isn't white it is a cream. I am still keeping the coat because it is a very elegant coat

Pros: This coat is a very rich white and this adds quality to the look. It’s a darling, feminine coats for the right age and body-type. I’m 5”2 126-130 & ordered a med to be safe. The sleeves were snug & x long. As for the body, I was able to button it, but no room for anything thicker than a T. I looked like a big, round, pretty colored cloud with bright gold buttons! Hips and length were fine. I would highly recommend for a younger woman (I’m 58). Either that, or I just received a coat made by someone who can’t sew. It wasn’t a size miss. Went back.

This coat is so beautiful, just like in picture. I wear size L and I ordered size L and it fits me perfect. Im purchasing it for my daughter,she loves it, she cant wait for hers.
