Dress with Bikini Top and High Waist Bottoms

This is a beautiful dress, BUT I didn't realize it was completely sheer and came with a bandeau top and high waisted black briefs (more like swim bottoms)...I would much rather have had it lined or with a black slip. I do not plan on wearing the bikini-esque pieces that go underneath, but will instead wear a light black tank dress under it.
