Cheap Shoes - shipping takes forever

Very disappointed in Macy’s bringing low quality, third party merchandise into their stores. These shoes are hard, cheap plastic. They took weeks to arrive as well. Returning

Heels cap cheap

I bought these shoes last year, just wore them recently and the geel cap came off so now I can't wear them. it was cheaply made bot sure if the geel cap can be found and replaced.

Wrong Heel Height in the Description

Finally received these shoes in yellow. The shoes are beautiful and though a little wide, fit pretty well. I am very disappointed because the wrong heel height is given in the description. Instead of a two inch heel these are more like a three inch heel. Not comfortable for me. Heel height was the main reason I ordered these shoes. The information needs to be corrected. It’s very misleading. I had to take off a star for that reason.
