3/4 length sleeves

This was so disappointing to receive. 🙁 Why would someone design a warm long hoodie dress with sleeves that are so short!?!? I'll be returning. Don't waste your money unless you enjoy 3/4 length sleeves or normally need your sleeves hemmed.
