Could be better

One of the metal lace holders broke off in only my 2nd wear of this boot. I LOVE the boots, but not happy that I can't find another pair in my size to exchange them.

Super Cute! Runs large!

Love the look and materials used in this boot. Bottom has rubber sole that lifts up around the edge to help decrease chance water or snow will get on fabric portion. Runs big by one size. I usually wear 9.5 in shoe so I get 10 in boots to account for socks. 10 is huge so I'll need to exchange for a smaller size.
