good but damaged product

The boots are super cute and fit well. However, some of the hardware on the side is damaged and the shoes had to be returned, wasting a lot of my time. This should have been caught by the packer.

Don't waste your money.

The grommets on the boots are of poor quality and detached when I attempted to tighten the laces. Additionally, the pair I received had a strong, unpleasant odor. Overall, the boots appear to be cheaply made, and aesthetically unappealing. I returned them as quickly as possible

Love!

I bought these to go horseback riding in the mountains of Utah on vacation and these held up great. Even the horse tour guides complimented them and wanted to know where I got them. I can’t wait to pair them with a dress as well. Great quality.

Beautiful boots

These boots are beautifully made. I wish they had fit but I returned them. Their size chart is off. I wear a 9. Too tight more like a size 8.

Disappointed

They just arrived today. As I zipped up the second boot, the eyelet popped off. Construction reminds of a cartoon character- the inside is foam. Returning. Not worth the sale price, definitely not worth full price.

very unhappy

I have no idea how they fit, how they look! Never received a package and no one in Macy’s could help me with the refund because this purchase was from the vendor! The tracking still shows Not Delivered! It is more than a month!
