Terrible REFUND process

I did the refund, the dress was delivered by UPS, and already received by the party who had to receive (per Macy's customer service) And, I do not have my money back yet. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Gorgeous, elegant gown! I was complimented by someone every 2 feet I walked which is so very kind, truly though with thanks to this designer. You simply can’t go wrong with this dress. I would say it runs just a tad bit large, that’s a good thing though with room for movement. New favorite gown designer, all dresses are just so chic.

I’m 5’ 4”, Waist 28.5in, Hips 36in. I got a size 6 and it felt a tad too lose. I don’t have a store near by to try a size 4 so I don’t know if a 4 would have fit better. The length was about 4 inches too long for me. I got a lot of compliments on the dress.
