completely incorrect shoe

Never recived heels instead they sent me booties. not even the right size!!

to tight

I love shopping at Macy's but when I needed to return shoes that did not fit they said that they were not their shoes but I purchased them on there website. The sales lady gave me grief the order number that came with the shoes did not match the original order number thank goodness I saved the purchase e-mail. The sales lady Lei was so rude. ;-(
