wrong size

I ordered size 6 and also got a size 7, and I sent them overseas as a gift not realizing they sent me the wring size. Now Macy’s says I cannot return them. BRILLIANT!

Too bad

1st of all I ordered size 6 but got 7 box labeled 6 not the shoe size; e/thing happens for a reason, 7 was fine but the problem was I only tried it for 2mns&I had a mark/cut on my big toe from that Jute. The sole is comfy but not the Jute. Too bad, liked it but it's going back
