Came in a clear plastic bag without a box

And ripped and wrinkled tissue paper. The presentation threw me off from the beginning. They run small. Looks very cheap. I sent them back.

Beautiful & fashionable boots but not true to size. You will definitely need to order a 1/2 to full size larger. They run small.
