Worst Company to deal with

To send a new dress to the customer and to provide a better customer service specially when you are dealing with Lara's product. On Feb. 2024 I returned the dress back to Macys because when I received it, it was smelly (mold), dirty, and not what we expected. I brought it back to Macys to return it. Till this day April 2024, I haven't received my refund or the dress back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE MARKETPLACE AT MACYS.
