The Bag broke after using for 4 months

I had a screw fall off my beautiful black purse that I dearly love. I asked Macys and Radley for a replacement screw and both told me no, that they did not do that. I asked Macys to return the bag and they said I could no longer return it because a was beyond the return window. The blunt end of the screw cut my arm.

Beautiful!!

I'm so in love with this handbag * The dark blue goes with everything. Soft leather, perfect size, so well made. Unique. I highly recommend.

Glad I bought it.

Very roomy for all my junk. Well made. Just wish it had come with a dust bag as they usually do. Purchased the black, as I don't have a black handbag.
