too big

Ordered 6.5 size for my daughter ,but it was too big.i checked properly 6.5 was printed everywhere on shoe but even it was for me too I am size 7.5 .

the shoe size runs big/wide compared to NY&C shoes I've purchased before Had to return because of wonky sizing, but shoe looks pretty.
